I Scream You Scream We All Scream for Ice-cream

2nd Class enjoyed creating close-up ice cream artworks this week. They designed their own ice creams, choosing different flavours and a variety of tasty syrups and toppings. 

The children carefully sketched their ideas before painting them using bright summer colours and outlining them with sharpies. They worked hard to add detail and make their ice creams look realistic and eye-catching. 

To finish their artwork, they decorated their creations with sequins to represent sprinkles. The children are delighted with the colourful display of their finished work on our class noticeboard and they have sparked interesting conversations on the way out to and in from yard.
