Report Writing

The children in 1st and 2nd Class have been working very hard learning about report writing. Here you can see them researching and gathering information for their animal reports. They really enjoyed using the EPIC books app on the school iPads to source their information. Once the planning stage is complete they will begin to write their first drafts. Watch this space for their final drafts which will be completed in January.

Garden Bird Projects

We are practising many skills during our garden bird groupwork projects. We are learning how to source information, rewrite key facts in our own words as well as building on sharing, listening, taking turns and working together. Carol Service Practice

1st and 2nd Class have been working so hard learning their Christmas carols for the upcoming Carol Service. They are really looking forward to performing their carols in the church. They should be so proud of themselves.  They will sing Mary's Boy Child, Mary and Following a Star!
